Scott has a passion for preparing delicious, locally- grown meals. Among some of his favorite projects, he conceived of an underground restaurant  called Ono Pono in Puna, Hawai'i. These meals were prepared utilizing nearly 100% local ingredients and catered to large groups. Scott has cooked for various events including weddings and fundraisers. His meals are characterized by fresh, local ingredients prepared simply and tastefully.
