KALANI HONUA RETREAT CENTER

Kalani Honua Retreat Center is located in Puna on Hawai'i Island. First as the Permaculture Manager and then as the interim Landcare Renewal Specialist, Scott created regenerative and holistic designs for the retreat center's needs. Beyond garden design, Scott managed hazardous trees, waste management, and integrated pest management schemes. His designs focus on the nexus between humans and the natural world and creating systems that support and reinforce one another.
